Have you ever looked up to the sky and wondered about the universe, that how vast it is? The sky is colossal and seems never ending, and the stars flicker like a diamond dazzles in a neckpiece.
And these diamonds of the sky seem to form enormous constellations at times. That so the beauty of the night emerging after a long day of immense struggle.

The point is, that humans tend to consider their life a race, where they keep on running after something or the other forgetting that they sometime, need to let the nature and the peace engulf their problems and give them happiness and joy.
Humans consider that their lives are always flooded with problems and unhappiness and they think that their issues are so big, big enough to ruin their valuable lives.
However if you closely look at universe, you will think that your problems are not bigger that the size of this universe, it is much much much smaller, infact, at a point of time, they are invisible, just invisible.
When you think that your problems are too big, just look at the sky and think that if you keep them infront of this huge universe, they will seem nothing.
You can find solutions very conveniently and you are capable of it. Just try and concentrate, and gradually you will realise that the existing world, where you seem to be even smaller than a dot, you will start becoming calmer and more silent with a peaceful mind and a happy face.
The terrace of your house can be a wonderful place to openly discuss your issue with you soul. You can be up, close and personal with the universe and clearly discuss everything, because your secrets will always be in its hands.
That is when you will be able to connect with your soul. That unique connection will open re doors of your mind.
